Screen Studio

Screen Studio is a macOS screen recorder. The site says it records the screen without the cursor and then composites the cursor, and it lists 4K 60 fps export, share links, and local transcription. System requirements on the site are macOS 13.1 or newer and Apple silicon. The pricing section at screen.studio/#pricing shows a yearly plan at $9 per month and a monthly plan at $29 per month, with every feature in every plan, and a 40 percent student discount. It does not offer an ongoing free product tier, and one-time licenses are described as discontinued for new buyers, so the pricing model is Paid. The product is a desktop download, not a browser app. Sources are the Screen Studio homepage and its pricing section.
